A lovely residence for your hollidays, very quiet, and a view on the see and the Islands of Levant.
We will welcome you at any seasons, on the priviliged surroundings of the Cap Negre, in front of the Islands of Levant, at a stone's throw from a sandy beach made of sand.

From 32 to 33m2 with terrace of 12m2 protected by a sunblind.
equiped kitchen, bathroom with toilets, Bed Settee (140 cm), bunk-beds (2X90 cm) and a mezzanine with 2 beds of 90 cm.

Equiped kitchen with fridge, electric hotplates, oven, dishwasher and/or washing machine.
TV plug with dsatellite receiver (TV renting facilities).
